When a person dies, their wife, children, relatives, and the gold, wealth, house, land, and
properties they accumulated will not accompany them!? This is a truth that everyone knows, isn’t it!
But if that person had done anything with thoughts of God 🔥, that spiritual merit (punya) will accompany them.
The karma of the deeds done in their lifetime will accompany them.
If they had sought wisdom (Jnana), that wisdom 🔥 will definitely accompany them.
This is what the elders refer to as “the continuation of unfinished pursuits” (vitta kurai thotta kurai).
This wisdom will aid them in the next birth! “If there is a carryover from the past, it will naturally be attained!”
Oh human, if you make an effort to attain wisdom in this world, even if you do not attain it in this birth,
the spiritual practices (Jnana sadhana) you performed will certainly lend a helping hand in the next birth.🔥🔥🔥
Do penance (tapas) as much as possible! 👁️🔥👁️
Help those who do penance!
