The Secret Path to Realizing the Divine
There is a way—a divine strategy—to realize God and to live a life of fulfillment rather than one of suffering.
That way is to perform Thavam (deep meditation) at the very place where the mind subsides. The thin membrane (Savvu) at the gateway of our pupil represents our Karma—the accumulated storehouse of our destiny (Vidhi). It is from this point that the mind functions and wanders.
The Spiritual Practice (Sadhana): The true achievement, the essence of Thavam, is to prevent the mind from emerging outward from that gateway of destiny (the pupil) and to keep it stationed right there. The only place where the mind can truly be stilled is at its point of origin(THIRUVADI-DIVINE LIGHT IN EYES). We can only restrain the mind by anchoring it there. To do this and simply remain still (Summa Iru) is the pinnacle of Wisdom (Gnana Sadhana). This is the Supreme Secret.
The Search for a Guide: Yet, many do not know how to bow before the Gurus who know and teach this secret!
They do not know how to enter the “Golden Hall” (Mani Mandram) where the Father-Lord resides—the space within the pupil. Only by receiving Deeksha (initiation) from a Gnana Satguru and performing Thavam can one enter within.
